Who are the Custodians? Part One

As part of our investigation, we learned who the custodians really are. In general, they are much more educated than we thought.One of our students was the manager of the custodians, and these were his thoughts on who the custodians are.

I have been working at the American University in Cairo in the
facilities and Services department for five years.   I am responsible
for conducting interviews with the custodians and responsible for
their appointment at the university. I know too much information about
them.

There is workers hold a bachelor's degree and other holds a
diploma which is the lowest academic degree mechanized. The age of
these workers is ranging from 22 to 28 years on appointment at the
university. The majorities of them are with low-income and live in the
areas of popular. Some of this areas are very poor and some other
medium.

The vast majority of them want to improve their level of
education through English language courses organized by the
university, and others joined the private universities to complete
their university studies, such as the Open University and university
unions.

Some of these workers are closely associated with religion,
whether Muslim or Christian. But, there are some cases of low morality
and the nature of the place where live overcome their behavior and
these are alert them to improve these behaviors may even be to the
Legal Affairs in the cases of theft or any immoral act.
